Terms of Service

What the service is
Scalewise is an educational simulator. Components mimic behaviour from the settings you choose; they do not run real databases, models or networks. Results show how the configured design behaves. They do not predict, certify or guarantee the performance, cost or security of a real system.
Accounts
You sign in with Google. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live if higher. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
Credits and payments
Credits are prepaid and pay for placing components, copilot commands and AI features such as answers and reviews. There are no plans and nothing to unlock: every component is available to every user, and purchased credits do not expire while your account exists. Prices and the credit cost of each action are shown before you use them. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which handles taxes and invoices.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, resell access, or use attack simulations for anything other than defensive learning. Attack traffic in the simulator is abstract and labelled; it contains no real exploit payloads.
Your content
You own your designs and notes. You let us store and process them to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models.
AI features
AI explanations cite numbers from your simulation runs and may still be wrong about recommendations. Verify important decisions independently.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
